Courier deliveries will be made via DPD Local usually on a next working day service. Scottish Highlands, Islands and other remote areas may take longer.
DPD collect from our premises on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays (excluding Bank Holidays).
Please ensure you share your mobile number with us so that you receive an email or SMS shortly from DPD notifying you of your delivery schedule.
You will then receive a 1 hour delivery time slot, so you don't have to wait in all day.
Not only this, but DPD's Predict service provides 'In Flight' tracking which means you will be able to watch the progress of your parcel delivery on a real-time map, all the way down to a final 15 minute timeslot. This will include a photo of your driver and their name.

I ordered x1 of these and x1 of the ‘regular’ knobs. House restoration in full-flow and these will be perfect for the main doors in my project. They have a good ‘feel’ to them and I will be ordering more now I understand their dimensions.
The knobs are definitely a 5 star. They are substantial and look authentic on the door to my flat in an old converted Victorian (I know they're Georgian, but still ...) I use them as a push/pull knobs only, which works fine. The Customer Service was also 5 star. There were delivery issues which were promptly sorted out for me by The vintage Door Knob Centre. Finally a well made nice feel door knob. Been looking for ages! Only niggle is them back plate screws again ….. could do better and then it would be perfect !!

Always a concern when you buy online but the description fits the item exactly. These are great knobs, perfect colour, shine and weight (heavy). Not fitted yet as bought for a house mid renovation but I have every confidence that they will look amazing.

We bought 3 pairs for the doors in our front hallway, and they feel nice and sturdy, and operate smoothly. The colour isn’t a uniform brass, so they do look a little aged which is what we were looking for in our 200-year old Georgian house.
