Courier deliveries will be made via DPD Local usually on a next working day service. Scottish Highlands, Islands and other remote areas may take longer.
DPD collect from our premises on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays (excluding Bank Holidays).
Please ensure you share your mobile number with us so that you receive an email or SMS shortly from DPD notifying you of your delivery schedule.
You will then receive a 1 hour delivery time slot, so you don't have to wait in all day.
Not only this, but DPD's Predict service provides 'In Flight' tracking which means you will be able to watch the progress of your parcel delivery on a real-time map, all the way down to a final 15 minute timeslot. This will include a photo of your driver and their name.

Arrived promptly, would have preferred to have got just one to try them out but with the delivery charge I ordered the 4 that I needed. Not yet fitted but are heavy and appear to be good quality.

Nicely made and weighty product. The only thing to be aware of is the fact that the keep has a curved design so is a bit fiddly when cutting out the architrave to fit. I'd have preferred a simpler design as per the other keepers that the company sell. Hey ho, I didn't think about this until I started fitting.
The locks arrived when stated and when one needed to be returned a replacement was sent out that day, so overall an excellent product for the price, matched only by the service.

Was looking for period rim lock. Was willing to pay £50+ from somewhere else until I saw this one. Very pleased. It looks great. Despatched the site day.
Product was good, well made and a faithful replica of the vintage lock. The ordering process was easy and the delivery was quick and on time.
Delivery was prompt and the product is very well made and lovely looking.
Great product but we did not get a spindle with it and the spindle that came with the brass beehive style 1 is a fraction too short (pls tell me if I am doing this wrong) so once it has gone through the door and the lock there isn't enough to attach the handles.

What can I say about these Rim locks except for, fantastic, they are very well made, very heavy, they just look the part, very pleased with these in every aspect and they finish the doors off, fast delivery and good communication and an excellent price, dont think about these just buy them you wont be disapointed.
