Courier deliveries will be made via DPD Local usually on a next working day service. Scottish Highlands, Islands and other remote areas may take longer.
DPD collect from our premises on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays (excluding Bank Holidays).
Please ensure you share your mobile number with us so that you receive an email or SMS shortly from DPD notifying you of your delivery schedule.
You will then receive a 1 hour delivery time slot, so you don't have to wait in all day.
Not only this, but DPD's Predict service provides 'In Flight' tracking which means you will be able to watch the progress of your parcel delivery on a real-time map, all the way down to a final 15 minute timeslot. This will include a photo of your driver and their name.

I bought a few of these for cupboards, to go with the similar door knobs that we've used throughout our Victorian house. Not only are the products attractive and well made but I had excellent experience re service - the original orders arrived promptly and well packaged. There were a couple of screws mixing from one set of door knobs and this was quickly resolved by the customer service team on receipt of my email. Would recommend the company and their products.

Good quality product and efficient delivery. Noted the screw thread is not standard "M" gauge and threads on the provided bolt need to go quite a way into the knob before they grip. As I didn't order the extended bolts at the time, and a subsequent order with P&P costs would be too expensive, the solution was to recess the bolt head and washer into the door from the inside. care in measuring door thickness recommended.
